Our FirmADH ADVISORS was formed in 2006 after more than 15 years of valuation consulting for Fortune 500, middle market and start-up ventures at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Valuation Research Corporation. Prior to founding ADH ADVISORS, Allen D. Hahn, CFA, ASA, worked as a valuation specialist in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (prior and successive organizations) Corporate Value Consulting group in Boston, focused on transaction advisory assignments in the healthcare and financial services industries. Mr. Hahn has also held the position of lead technical analyst in Valuation Research Corporation’s Boston office where he specialized in private equity analysis and option valuation. Our Firm specializes in solving complex valuation issues for businesses and individuals. Our experience includes litigation support, tax compliance, financial statement reporting, financial modeling and business combination analysis. In many instances, we draw upon the disciplines of statistics, accounting and finance combined with intensive industry research to render an opinion of value that is supportable and appropriate for a client’s particular needs. Mr. Hahn received his Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) designation in 1992 and his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in 1994. He spent 1994 on sabbatical in Coopers & Lybrand’s London office as part of the firm’s professional development program and, in 1995, was honored for his professional development by the firm’s Financial Advisory Services practice for his contributions in Corporate Finance. In addition to Mr. Hahn’s professional experience in client service, he has authored numerous publications and performed speaking engagements in his areas of expertise, including the decision in Caracci v Commissioner (Sta-Home) in which the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recognized Mr. Hahn for his industry experience and valuation analyses in the first judicial decision involving Intermediate Tax Sanctions.
